Argelaguer is a small village found in the eastern half of the county of la Garrotxa, nestling in the valley of the Fluvià and Llierca rivers. References to the village date back as far as the 10th century.
The county of La Garrotxa is at the beginning of the Pyrenees mountain range, and takes its name from the spectacular rocky views offered at every turn. The landscape is of extraordinary beauty, and includes volcanic areas of high natural and geological interest. Mas la Casica is set in wonderful surroundings, its farmstead feel complemented by the numerous farm animals we keep, including horses, ponies, cows and sheep.
